I. General safety technical requirements for loader drivers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the general technical requirements for general earthmoving machinery. Okay.
II. The preparatory work before the loader starts working should be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations for excavators.
III. The following safety precautions should be observed when operating the wheel loader with heavy-duty axle:
1. Brakes, horn, and steering system should be complete and sensitive. Traffic rules must be observed while driving. If frequent driving on public roads is required, the driver must hold a valid driver's license.
2. When the loader is working with a dump truck, the dump truck should not pass under the bucket during loading.
3. When the loader is driving with a full bucket, the bucket should not be lifted too high; generally, about one meter above the ground is appropriate.
4. Avoid inappropriate high speeds and sharp turns when driving the wheel loader for heavy material loading.
5. When the loader encounters increased resistance, tire (or track) slippage, and engine speed reduction, stop loading and do not force the operation.
6. It is strictly forbidden for the loader to coast downhill in neutral gear.
7. No one is allowed to stand or pass under the loader's boom during operation.
8. When lubricating and adjusting the loader after the boom has been raised, safety pins must be installed or other measures taken to prevent the boom from falling and causing injury.
9. During operation, the loader operator should pay attention to removing any stones or debris caught between the tires (or tracks).
10. When working at night, the loader and the work area should have good lighting.
IV. The following safety precautions should be observed after the loader has finished working:
1. Drive the loader away from the work site and park the machine in a flat, safe area.
2. Lower the bucket and support it with wooden blocks. Clean the soil and sand from the bucket.
3. Perform daily routine maintenance and upkeep on the machine according to the maintenance schedule.
